“My own spiritual journey began four years ago when I was dragged to my first yoga class. At first yoga, to me, was just a series of poses that made me feel good...for the first time in my life, I had an appreciation of my own body. But then it became more,…it became a way of being/feeling that started affecting my entire life… A patient and gifted teacher and student … Victoria seems to sense when I’m ready for something new and when I need to just stay where I am. I don’t know where this will all lead, but it’s a glorious trip.” -Cheryl K., Carefree, AZ
'Just wanted to tell
you again how moved I was by all that you
bring to your
teaching! Your yoga workshop was incredible
on many levels...all
because of you.
Julie, who has been
plagued by many physical/mental
maladies as of late,
found the whole experience to be
almost an instant
cure-all.
In case you are not
told on a daily basis.....YOU ARE TERRIFIC!"
- Carol E. Costa Mesa, CA
“I had taken a few yoga classes before I started with Victoria and I knew I loved practicing yoga and how it made me feel, but I was never sure I was doing it right. Now, with Victoria, I have learned the correct ways to practice yoga safely and it has made my practice so much better. . . It’s obvious how much Victoria loves teaching yoga and how much she loves and appreciates her students. Thank you, Victoria. You have helped me so much and impacted my life in so many ways. -Monique C., Scottsdale, AZ “…when I first met Victoria, I was very impressed with her aura and demeanor. It was very peaceful and loving. I had been practicing yoga for a few years, when I was younger, but let it go until recently. . .Yoga has helped me to be more centered, focused, flexible and toned. Victoria’s classes are such a pleasure and she is so helpful and patient with adjusting her students positions so that they benefit from feeling what the poses should feel and look like. I would highly recommend that if you have the opportunity to engage in one of Victoria’s classes, by all means do so. . " -Yvette S. Scottsdale, AZ “You are one of the few hands-on teachers I know that makes a point of getting students into proper positions and holding them to the best of their ability. Your workshops have encouraged me to be all that I can as a yogi in training.” - Jeanne L., Scottsdale, AZ
