Class Descriptions

Yoga - Level 1

An excellent way to start or restart a yoga practice. In a safe, slower paced and supportive environment, this class focuses on the fundamental alignment of the poses, using the breath and increasing strength, flexibility, stamina and confidence.

       Offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday:                 10:30am - 11:55am

The lotus flower has, for thousands of years, symbolized spiritual enlightenment. Indeed, this flower essence’s purpose is to accelerate spiritual evolvement and enhance healing on every level within the system.
